Where this came from: your Claude.ai data export (conversations.json), staged directly from your computer. Every timestamp is converted to Singapore time. A "session" is one conversation; message count is a rough depth signal, not effort: a 2-message chat might be a quick question, a 400-message one is a full build. Tags are Claude's read of each title/summary, not something you set; a few borderline ones (e.g. wife's brand site filed under Nasar Digital) are judgment calls, worth a skim if you want them corrected.
